Application process

A transparent and respectful recruitment process is important to us. We want you to know what awaits you from the very start. For international positions, we work with recruitment partners. Therefore, the application process may differ in some cases.

It is important to us that you feel comfortable during the application process. We want to get to know you as a person with all your experiences, ideas and goals. At the same time, you should have the opportunity to get to know Securiton as an employer and your future team. This results in a decision that works for both sides.

After receiving your application, we will carefully review your documents. You will usually receive an answer from us within two to three weeks.

In the first interview – in person or online – our goal is getting to know you in person and giving you the opportunity to find out more about Securiton, our values and the advertised position.

In the second interview, you will get to know your future team and gain an in-depth insight into our working methods, projects and corporate culture. In case of management positions, the Head of Section is also present to ensure everyone is on the same page.

We carry out an additional assessment for management positions from Head of Team onwards. This helps both us and you to assess your potential and strengths even better.

Once the selection process has been completed, we will make a decision. If both parties are interested, you will receive your contract offer and become part of our team.
