With the new SecuriSmoke ASD 2000 product family, Securiton is setting another milestone in the development of state-of-the-art aspirating smoke detectors. Drawing on more than 50 years of experience in fire protection, the new ASD generation opens the next chapter in our history – reliable, powerful and precise, the ASD 2000 family ensures maximum safety.
A quantum leap for planning, operation and safety
The ASD 2000 family combines the strengths of the tried-and-tested ASD 535 with numerous technological developments. Developed in Switzerland and manufactured in Germany, the aspirating smoke detector is easy to operate, offers outstanding performance and is extremely robust, making it ideal for use in demanding industrial environments as well as in data centres, logistics centres and metros.
Four sampling channels cover a wide range of requirements, separate airflow monitoring enables precise localisation and identification of deviations per channel, and the latest sensor technology detects even the tiniest smoke particles. At 21 dB(A), the new ASD is currently the quietest device on the market.
Digitally connected and ready for the future
The ASD 2000 product family also sets new standards during use. Virtually tool-free commissioning and maintenance combined with intuitive software tools make the device easy to operate. The three-stage filter architecture ensures a high level of reliability, while the protection class IP 54 optimally shields the interior of the device. The MobileConfig app makes it easy to configure all devices, automated data flows increase efficiency, and state-of-the-art encryption eliminates the need for additional hardware. The intuitive SecuriSmoke PipeFlow 3D planning tool makes it easy to import floor plans as the basis for a project, while the flexible 3D view makes planning and coordination within the project team easier.
