EcoVadis: Measurable progress on sustainability

With a significant gain in points, we improved our EcoVadis rating this year. Today, we are in the top 16% of all companies rated by EcoVadis.

The current assessment by EcoVadis confirms that we have consistently strengthened our sustainability management in recent years. Compared to the last evaluation, our overall score increased from 63 to 72 points. At the same time, our global percentile ranking improved from 76 to 84. This puts us in the top 16% of all companies rated by EcoVadis.

We are particularly pleased with this development, as sustainable and responsible business practices are becoming increasingly important. Customers, partners and authorities are increasingly demanding transparent evidence of how companies are integrating sustainability into their business operations. The EcoVadis rating has established itself as an internationally recognised standard and is increasingly being taken into account in supplier evaluations and tenders. EcoVadis assesses how systematically companies can integrate sustainability aspects into their processes and decisions and demonstrate their implementation.

Progress in all areas

We made progress in all four areas assessed by EcoVadis. Among other things, the expansion of sustainability reporting, the further development of greenhouse gas monitoring and awareness-raising measures for employees contributed to this result. We have made significant improvements in the areas of work and human rights as well as sustainable procurement.

At the same time, we see potential for further developing our sustainability management. For this reason, we will continue to sharpen our targets, make our progress visible and consistently integrate sustainability aspects into our decisions and processes.
