Vi-NET revolves around multi-application media. Depending on your requirements they can be chip-equipped mechatronic keys or badges. They are all characterised by the fact that they are able to carry out several applications. Not only do they store data, they also pass it on. And, provided they are programmed with the relevant authorization, they open all the doors within the company - regardless of whether they are secured mechanically or electronically. But that’s not all. These all-rounders are also ideally suited for attendance and order time recording, as means of payment for coffee vending machines and other additional functions.
Replicable intelligence
Changes in access rights and other information are transmitted very simply to the online readers using user-friendly software. Then if the holder of a multi-application medium uses an online reader, his medium stores the current data. When the user reaches the next offline module, it responds in accordance with the new programming. It goes without saying that the information also flows in the other direction. The medium stores the activities of its holder at the offline devices and feeds them into the system at the next contact with an online reader. This means that all access authorizations for all zones are always up to date. And the company itself is able to benefit from complete transparency over what goes on at all its points of access.
