Cross-camera tracking

Apart from a few exceptions in special applications, video technology is considered to be two-dimensional. IPS VideoManager is going down a new route: bringing together 3D geo-coordinates and video.

This makes the space within the video calculable and produces a kind of virtual reality. Positions in the video become determinable. Persons and events can be localised, and the video analysis can be extended to include the calculation of cross-property motion profiles.
