Securiton AG is taking over the AVAXESS division (Access Systems) from Avatech AG as of July 1, 2009. For Securiton, a member of the Securitas Group, the take-over means expansion of the product range in the business area Alarm and Security Systems. The whole portfolio of customers, staff, stock etc. will be taken over. The merger has no influence on AVAXESS staff.
