Briefing the customer’s personnel

Very often the ease of use of a security system is not utilised to the full. Providing a refresher course whenever maintenance is carried out helps to refresh the system operator’s knowledge of all the functions. This is particularly important whenever there is a change of personnel or with foreign-language staff (hotel, restaurant and catering trade). Our service technicians often come across fire alarm systems that are never switched over to night-time operation because the person in charge has not been adequately briefed.
