Mercosur Shopping Paraguay

Mercosur Shopping is currently under construction and is expected to open its doors next October. This retail mall is thought to be the largest project in its kind in Paraguay.

Mercorsur Shopping is located in the northwest of the country, in Salto de Guaira, a young and flourishing city that borders the Brazilian city of Guaira. The mall, with an investment that already exceeds US$ 10 million, will offer 60,000 m² of retail space on four levels. It will incorporate 430 retails outlets and a large food and beverage area.

Securiton, through its representative in Paraguay, S & C Ingenieria SRL, is responsible for the mall´s security and safety systems, which include a latest-generation intelligent fire detection system comprising a SecuriFire 3000 fire control panel, multicriteria detectors, alarm triggers alarm and audio visual alarm. It is expected to be expanded with the UMS Lite, a software graphic monitoring system.
