ASD 535 - Hungary shows great deal of interest

A Securiton Product Event was held in Budapest on 28 January 2010. Many of our business partners seized this opportunity to attend an impressive presentation of the advantages of the SecuriRAS ASD 535 aspirating smoke detector. Our visitors also received additional information on the Securiton range of heat detectors.
In December 2009 Securiton’s Export Department teamed up with Securiton Hungary to invite business partners, consultants, planners, the fire brigade, installers and customers to a sales event in the very heart of Budapest. The event scheduled for 28 January 2010 focused on the presentation of the ASD 535 aspirating smoke detector. Many people registered for the event, but due to the heavy snowfall some had to cancel at short notice on the day. Nonetheless around 60 participants were keen to make their way to the Syma Sport and Event Centre in Budapest, only a short distance from the offices of Securiton Hungary.
Valuable company and product information The choice of venue proved perfect, the conference centre being widely regarded as Hungary’s latest, largest and most state-of-the-art multipurpose complex. The building also comprises a restaurant capable of seating 200 people, and indeed it catered for the Securiton Event, serving snacks, coffee and lunch.
So on 28 January, at 10 am, the event kicked off with a presentation of the Securitas Group and Securiton AG. This was followed by the main programme item, i.e. the presentation of the SecuriRAS ASD 535 aspirating smoke detector. The system’s capabilities were impressively showcased in a live demonstration. Securiton Hungary had arranged a live demonstration setup specifically for this purpose. The images from the exercise were projected directly to the beamer in the lecture hall via surveillance camera. After lunch two other Securiton products were presented: the SecuriSens ADW line type heat detector and the SecuriSens MHD 535 temperature sensor cable, with the latter attracting a great deal of interest.
The Securiton Event was highly rated by participants and organisers alike, an impression further underlined by the extent of the positive feedback. There was much praise for the high technical standard in particular and the fact that the product information had been communicated in such an easily understandable and informative way.
